-Be very familiar with the school before going into your interview.
-In answering questions think specific
examples in your life. Anyone (and most do) can make a general statement
in response to an interviewers question. For example, if you are
talking about what settings you observed include actual stories or experiences
from your observations. They want to know you are a real person with
real experiences; don't be a robot ejecting standard responses when asked questions.
