Recently I had the honor of being featured on the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy's PT Profiles . Was I picked for my grades thus far in PT school? NO! Not even close. Did they choose to add me to their "PT Profiles" because I am the student organization president at school? Nope, not that either. Perhaps it was because of my dashing good looks; that is a little more plausible but I don't think that was it either. What it boils down to is I am actively engaged in the PT community. Seeking to make new connections and broaden my network is what I hope to do. Find the best physical therapists in the world, find out how they do it and build from there.
Make new connections. Talk to everyone. Don't burn bridges. Dream big. Be highly engaged. And be active.
